At Sans Accessories, we aim to provide reliable and efficient delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our delivery policies below:

  • Delivery Locations - We currently offer delivery Island Wide Jamaica. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations.
  • Delivery Methods and Delivery Times - Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.

                                                                                                Expedited Delivery: For faster delivery, we offer expedited delivery options. Delivery times for                                                                                                          expedited delivery range from 1-3 business days.
                                                                                               Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation                                                                                                      email or sms with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Delivery Costs - See the table below to view delivery prices. Don't see a delivery option suitable for you? Reach out to us for assistance.
    • Delivery Restrictions and Limitations - Hazardous Materials: Certain items classified as hazardous materials may have delivery                                                                                                                 restrictions. If an item in your order cannot be delivered using your selected method due to these                                                                                              restrictions, you will be notified during the checkout process.

                                                                                                   Weather Delays: Severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may delay                                                                                                                   delivery times. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

     

    Please note: Delays can occur due to holidays, peak seasons, or disruptions due to events like natural disasters and external factors beyond our control.

      Courier Delivery

      Delivery Process

      • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, your order will be handed over to our courier service for delivery.
      • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after processing. You will receive an email or sms with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

      Contact Attempts and Delivery Cancellation 

      Our courier service will attempt to contact you to complete the delivery. The following steps outline our contact policy:

      1. First Contact Attempt: The courier will attempt to deliver your order and contact you via the phone number or email provided at checkout. If there is no response, a delivery notice will be left with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery.

      2. Second Contact Attempt: If the first attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make a second attempt to contact you and deliver the package. Another delivery notice will be left if necessary.

      3. Third Contact Attempt: A final attempt to contact you and deliver the package will be made. If there is still no response, the delivery will be marked as undeliverable.

      Delivery Cancellation

      • Undeliverable Orders: If the courier is unable to reach you after three contact attempts, your order will be canceled and returned to our storage location. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied.
      • Notification: You will be notified via email or sms regarding the cancellation status.

      Rescheduling Deliveries

      If you receive a delivery notice, and will be unable to receive your delivery please reschedule the delivery promptly. Promptly responding to the delivery notices will help ensure your order is delivered without delays. Not rescheduling before your order is sent to the courier will attract an additional fee.

      Address Changes

      To avoid delivery issues, please ensure your delivery address is accurate and up-to-date when placing your order. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible if the order has already been dispatched.

       


      Zip Mail

      Have your order delivered the NEXT BUSINESS DAY at competitive prices.

      Knutsford

      When it comes to pricing, we calculate our courier rates based on the scale weight or dimensional weight of your package. 

      For example, the scale weight starts at $700.00 JMD for the first 10 lbs. and then it's just $55.00 JMD for every lb. over 10 lbs. And one more thing, if you don't pick up your package within 5 days of arrival at its destination, storage fees may apply.

      Pickup

      Pickup Confirmation

      • Notification: You will receive an email or SMS notification when your order is ready for pickup. You will have an option to select a designated pickup time.
      • Order Number: Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID to verify your identity and order number.

      30-Minute Pickup Window

      • Pickup Window: You have a 30-minute window to pick up your order.
      • Cancellation: If the order is not picked up within 30 minutes of the designated pickup time, it will be automatically canceled. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied.
      • Notification: You will be notified of the cancellation via email or SMS.

      Reordering

      If your order is canceled due to a missed pickup window, you will need to place a new order through our website.
